1 balance – 1000 possibilities The new Precisa 320XT TOP high-performance Series combines precision with quality. The new balances are definitely good-looking with their high-tech appearance – but at the same time are also extremely robust and solid, because of the die cast aluminium housing.
The whole design – from the standard fittings through the options to the accessories – is geared to regular use. Routine operations are rationalised, the balance pan dimensions are generous and the fluorescent display is high-contrast. The breadth of programs covers all important weighing ranges and the displays guide you without problems through all of your operations.
With the world-wide service behind Precisa balances, all updates can be dealt with locally.

Updates via the Internet Even quicker and more direct: as the owner of a Precisa 320XT balance, from now on you will be able to load all updates and side-grades easily via the Internet into your balance’s software!
With the Balint program you can transfer your data onto Windows.

Fluorescent display with user guidance. So that everything is clear.
Everything is loud and clear: the scrolling menus, configurations, and the function keys for different applications, make operation straight forward.
Fluorescent displays are still the best visual solution; that is why we supply these as standard for our display.
(The liquid crystal display on battery operation is also available as an option)

Simple keyboard for maximum user-friendliness.
g, kg, mg, grain, dwt, ozt., lb, ct., c.m., tlh, tlm, tlt, momme and other units or conversion factors can be freely programmed via the calculator and entered alphanumerically. At the same time, four values can be activated and called up using function keys.
The keyboard organises and structures the many options in such a way that they are easier to use than balances with fewer keys, even after a shorter training period.

Modern data management Precisa balances are equipped for the world of modern communications. They offer you a multitude of attractive options to make your everyday work much easier.

Statistics Statistical analysis via density determination, parts counting, % and all units. Data capture for further processing with a PC.

Summation program Summation of several weighings with printout of total, gross and net weight as well as number of weighing operations.

Parts counting With four freely programmable reference parts numbers.

Calculation Conversion program for any conversion factors, eg. paper thickness, calculations, etc. All important applications are pre-programmed at the factory.

Net total Allows work with additional tare.

+/- Nominal weight with freely selectable limiting values and visual display on the +/-/OK display. Additional red, green and yellow lights can be connected.

% Weight increase and decrease.

Density determination Solid, porous and liquid materials. Option of entering the water temperature for the reference density.

Flexible applications thanks to the Smart Box
Our Smart Box opens up fascinating new possibilities for you, so much so that our customers are regularly discovering new areas of use: determining parts counting, checking finished packages in the production process for weight tolerances in accordance with FPVO (Finished Packaging Regulation), establishing under or over-filling, dosing, defining filling capacities and lots more.

The “immobiliser” for your balance!
This anti-theft device is exclusive to Precisa; it inactivates your balance automatically if it is not switched on again using the secret personal code known only to you. Optional mechanical safety device, as well.

IP65 protection against dirt! IP65 protects against dust and water splashes. On request, we will supply your balance with this extra protection. These devices protect mechanical parts and electronics from splashing and particles of dirt.
This dust and splash protection is optional – your Precisa balance will come with a protective cover as standard.

SCS self-calibration (as standard)
The balance is fitted with programmable, fully automatic time and temperature-controlled calibration.
The SCS – Self-Calibration System – triggers the calibration via the program control automatically every 24 hours or at temperature changes of 2 C and records it in accordance with the ISO standard.
The time of day when this is carried out can be freely defined in the Main Menu, with an interruption safety mechanism which prevents interference with current weighing operations or measured values.
Calibration with the integrated test weight can, of course, be called up manually at the press of a key or be carried out with external calibration weights (ICM).

The new Precisa draught guard: an example of supreme rationality!
The new draught guard is fascinating with its brilliant, completely new design. The two-way door operation allows you to work with both hands. Even when the draught guard is open, the access is good because the sliding doors lower at the back. This also reduces the amount of space the balance takes up.

New: with battery if required.
Precisa offers you an extra 6 hours continuous operation (LCD) with automatic standby functions. The batteries are integrated and automatically recharge.
