All Precisa balances in the 480SCS Series have a robust and well protected die cast aluminium casing. The balance pan is large and rests on a four-point support. These Precisa balance models are ideally suited for industry. They are particularly suitable where precision and quality are needed at an attractive price.

The models of the 480SCS Series have built-in time and temperature controlled self-calibration. At temperature increments of >2 degC or in accordance with your time programming, self-calibration is fully automated and does not interfere with current weighing processes in any way. Your Precisa industrial balance of the 480SCS Series is perfectly calibrated and checked at all times.

These instruments also have an Info Display for optimum user guidance, this also serves as a residual tare/capacity display.

Equipped with AP11, these Precisa balances are extremely suitable for optimum stores control, parts counting with reference data (article number, weight, etc.), for finished packaging checks (FVPO) or for plus/minus comparisons with visual display, red/green/yellow LED’s.

Another option available is the AP7. This offers you direct reference parts counting keys which guarantee simple but speedy and accurate parts counting.

The maximum weighing range is 60kg readable to 1g, or 30100g to 0.1g. Also on offer are a dual range balance with 0.1g to 12100g and 1g to 30000g, and also a balance with floating range of 6100g/0.1g up to a maximum 30100g/1g; there are a total of 10 different types to choose from in the 480SCS Series.

Of course, these Precisa balances are also available for fine tolerance. All the models in the 480SCS Series can also be supplied with the IP65 dust and splash protection as an option.
